Letting Only Service (Tenant Find)

•  Visit the property for rental valuation and advise on furnishing and safety issues
•  Website marketing
•  Newspaper publications property listings
•  Full tenant assessment including employers and previous Landlord’s references where  appropriate
•  Help register tenants with appropriate services Gas, Electricity….
•  Holding a refundable deposits until the tenancy is ended
•  Preparation of an inventory of fixtures and fittings where appropriate
•  Distinctive Wiltonbridge "To Let" Board will be displayed to help market your property  24hours a day

Letting & Rent Collection Service (Part Management)

In addition to the services listed above, we will:

•  Make arrangements for collecting the monthly rent
•  Make arrangements to forward the rent to the Landlord
•  Prepare monthly statements detailing rental payment received and any deductions or fees charged

Full Management Service

In addition to the services listed under the above two sections, we will:

• Arrange and co-ordinate the tenants move into the premises.
• At the request of the Landlord, property visits will be conducted
• Arrange for the appropriate contractors for necessary maintenance to a maximum
  cost of £150.
• Rent Guarantee insurance cover for up to 6 months rental payment
